We develop vision-based key products for grading eggs, inspecting poultry processing, evaluating fish and shellfish, and identifying pork and cattle meat for cutting, processing, and traceability.

Hatcheries
We work with hatcheries, employing advanced technology to optimize and streamline breeding solutions. We are dedicated to meeting high standards in broiler and breeder production, such as identifying the gender of day-old broilers without harming them and maximize the number of quality breeders for broilers. Our goal is to enhance quality and sustainability throughout the supply chain.
We also increase survival rates in lobster hatcheries among other objectives for optimal utilization together with Norwegian Lobster Farm.
Meat Industry
Our systems minimize waste, optimize your resources, and assist your employees by performing an automatic removal of the chine bone from pigs and calves.
Using real-time 3D scanning of each product, we calculate custom, high-precision toolpaths to optimize cutting, such as identifying bones and joints in meat. Our software then controls a robot arm to process food at production line speeds, possible in less than 2 seconds.
We provide a complete solution with software and hardware that integrates directly into the customer’s conveyor line, enabling real-time processing and data. This project is in collaboration with Frontmatec, utilizing their AutoTag system for precise tracking and identification across production stages.
Medico Industry
IHFood is at the forefront of medical innovation, extending our expertise of raw material for vaccine production(such as influenza and COVID-19 vaccine). This is a part of IHFood’s journey in organic inspection as well as our work in the field of automated veterinary inspection.
Sustainable Industries
